Twitch is a social experience unique to the information age, and if you are an e-girl on Twitch, it should be your life’s mission to build an army of simps. I’ve been enjoying Twitch for about a year, and as a self-proclaimed simp, I’ve got a handle on what it means to be a modern e-girl. These are their six defining qualities:

- Does this streamer arouse me?

- Does this streamer say and do a lot of weird things?
- Does this streamer like talking about cringe?
- Is the streamer a carnivorous plant VTuber?
- Cool
- Is this streamer just awesome?
It may seem impossible to be both cool and weird. However, keep in mind that some people live for the cringe, and sometimes cringe is cool. It’s a big world out there. ๐ฎ
And normally I’d say that cute and raunchy would be the same category, but there is so much softcore pornography on Twitch that it cannot be ignored. Clearly some streams are meant to give you boners not fuzzies. Streams are cute if you get the fuzzies, they’re raunchy if their stream title is “WOW, DOES TWITCH ALLOW THIS?? ๐ฉ(.)(.)๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฆ” o.O
